Pensacola Police Officer (Retired) Mike Simmons shares his stories as both a Correctional Officer and a Police Officer

Mike Simmons, career spanning 4 years as a Detention Deputy for the Escambia FL County Jail, then a 30 year career as a Pensacola FL Police officer, and now as the director of the George Stone Technical College Criminal Justice Training Center in Pensacola, FL.  Shares his intense stories from both the jail and on patrol (inmate hanging, thief hiding in the cemetery, bullets fired at him, controlling 3 suspects by himself, he/she prostitutes, possible brain matter in the curb, stench of death, with flies in a house). 

  He also talks about the criminal justice training center at George Stone Technical College.
